The Central Library of NSSR’s Arts and Science College , Chousala was inaugurated on 19 September 1994 . The library stocks an active subject wise collection for all the subjects of curriculum. The library of our college is nucleus of the Teaching – Learning process. It has a collection of more than 11000 printed books and e-resources under N-List programme online E-journals.

- Members of the institute authorities and bodies
- The College teaching and non-teaching staff
- Students who have enrolled their names in the college.
- Library Rules:
- At the beginning of each academic year , identity cards will be issued to all students.
Who have sought admission in the college
- Every reader will show his/ her identity card to attendant at the counter before eintering the library
- Readers are responsible for any damage done by them to the book and other poperty belonging to the library and shall be required to replace.
Such books or othe property damaged.
- The librarian will have power to suspend the use of card of any reader found neglecting any of the rules.
